The plan is expanded into two directions: i) towards the notification of the project results to the scientific community and citizens (especially school teachers and students); ii) towards communication with farmers and agrochemical companies to exploit the industrial potential of the NoPEST findings. The objectives of the plan will be reached by transferring the experimental ideas and the gained knowledge through multiple tools and activities that include a dedicated website, attendance of several international conferences, publications in open-access peer-reviewed journals and presentations of data to selected exhibitions dedicated to technologies and solution for agricultureAs described in the original proposal, in the grant agreement and annexes, and more into details in WP9 and in the deliverables D9.3 (A schedule with exhibition events to meet stakeholders and farmers) and D9.4 (A schedule with events and locations dedicated to the general public) where different events are listed, the NoPEST team has agreed to put in place a structured communication and dissemination plan with the aims: i) To ensure that the research outcomes of the project are widely disseminated to the appropriate audiences, at appropriate times along the project lifecycle and even after the project end date; ii) To reach the civil society through social media, website and dedicated activities with the aim to make them aware of the issues faced by NoPEST and of the NoPEST mission of ensuring a sustainable and environmental friendly agriculture; iii) To contribute to the development, evaluation, uptake and exploitation of the project outcomes in collaboration with the industrial partner SIPCAM-OXON and with other stakeholders of the agrochemical sector.European Commission828940
