| This dataset includes matrices of genetic distances and raster resistance surfaces. Matrix of individual genetic distances: 1. plink.mdist: matrix of individual genetic distances (all individuals); 2. plink.mdist_north: matrix of individual genetic distances (northern sub-area); 3. plink.mdist_south: matrix of individual genetic distances, (southern sub-area). Raster resistance surfaces (EPSG:3035 - ETRS89 / LAEA Europe): 1. constant_ascii.asc: resistance surface used to calculate Euclidean distances; 2. isolation_spinoletta_ascii.asc: 1/landscape connectivity resistance surface; 3. null_ascii.asc: resistance surface used to represent the null hypothesis; 4. resistance_spinoletta_ascii.asc: 1/habitat suitability resistance surface. |
