This dataverse collects datasets regarding the 4th FISH-AI project work package: Platform development. It gathers raw data, processed data, and all related files of 1) Gel casting preparation, 2) Functionalized and stabilized biopolymers, 3) Design and prototype of a purpose-build biphasic culture device, 4) Optimal culture media and protocols, 5) Combination of cell line and culture device, 6) Extraction of the bio-accessible fractions.
